Delete your account or data

Use this public page to request deletion of your KoAir account or specific information associated with it. If you can still sign in to the app or website, deleting your account from your profile is the fastest option.

How it works

  1. 1. Submit your request using one of the forms on this page.
  2. 2. We will review the contact email and account details to locate your account.
  3. 3. If we need to confirm your identity or clarify the scope, we will email you.
  4. 4. We will complete the requested deletion or explain what must be retained temporarily and why.

What is deleted and what may be retained

Deleted
  • Your account and access to the active service.
  • Sessions, runs, and progress associated with your user account in the active service.
  • Transcripts, debriefs, and audio associated with your training, except for limited retention required by law or security needs.
May be retained temporarily
  • We may temporarily retain certain technical or billing records when required by law, fraud prevention, or security needs.
  • Some residual information may remain temporarily in backups until those backups are rotated or overwritten.

Request account deletion

Use this form if you cannot access your account or prefer to request deletion from this public page. If you can still sign in to KoAir, the fastest option is Profile → Delete account.

We may reply to the email address provided to confirm your identity before completing the deletion.

Request data deletion

Use this form to request deletion of specific information without deleting your entire account, such as sessions, transcripts, audio, or profile information.

If your request covers information we must retain for legal or security reasons, we will let you know.
