By using KoAir, you agree to the terms below. They explain how the service works without overstating its capabilities or hiding important limitations.

1. What these terms cover

These terms govern access to and use of KoAir on the web and in its mobile apps. By using the service, you agree to these terms for everything you do through your account, including training, opening exercises, reviewing your history, managing your profile, and using premium features when your plan includes them.

KoAir is an aviation communications training tool. It is designed to help you practice, repeat, and measure progress. It does not replace official instruction, current operational publications, or the aeronautical judgment required for an actual flight operation.

2. Account, access, and profile

  • You need a KoAir account to use features that save progress, history, sessions, or subscription status.
  • You may sign in with an email address and password and, when available, with Google or Apple.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and ensuring that your profile information remains accurate.
  • If you delete your account from your profile, you will lose access to the operational data associated with it in the active service.

3. How the service works

  • KoAir provides several training formats through one account, including a guided simulator, phrase analysis, transmission-ordering exercises, ATIS, and post-session debriefs.
  • Depending on the mode, KoAir may generate transcripts, replays, scores, feedback, and progress markers so you can review your attempts and repeat them with context.
  • The cockpit simulator requires microphone access and a transmission initiated by you. Other training modes may work without voice input, depending on the exercise.
  • The experience may vary across the web, iOS, and Android because some features depend on your device, permissions, network connection, or subscription purchase channel.

4. Technical requirements and availability

  • KoAir requires an internet connection. A fully offline mode is not currently available.
  • On mobile devices, some features depend on system permissions, local session continuity, behavior after the app returns from the background, and device-specific behavior.
  • We take reasonable steps to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, an error-free experience, or that every feature will remain active on every platform at all times.

5. Subscriptions, plans, and premium access

  • KoAir may offer initial free access and an additional catalog of exercises or features linked to an active subscription.
  • Premium access depends on the active plan shown in your account at that time.
  • Web payments are processed by Stripe. Mobile subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play and synchronized with your account through the supporting subscription infrastructure.
  • Restoring, managing, or canceling a subscription may need to be completed through the same channel where it was purchased.

6. Acceptable use

  • You are responsible for the appropriate use of your microphone, the content you transmit during practice, and how you use the information KoAir provides.
  • You must not present KoAir as an official source or treat its responses, assessments, or materials as a substitute for current aviation publications, instruction from a qualified instructor, or an actual ATC clearance.
  • You must not use the service in a way that compromises other accounts, disrupts KoAir's normal operation, or bypasses the technical or commercial conditions of your active plan.

7. Changes, support, and contact

KoAir may evolve over time. Features, exercises, purchase flows, or other product details may be changed, suspended, or reorganized. When possible, we will communicate significant changes in the app or on the website.
